Our services

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (T/H) production

NEW: Our SMT assembly facilities include two of the latest CP45 Neo Pick and Place machines that allow a placement speed of over 30,000 components per hour.
Our production line is capable of single and double-sided SMT and T/H placements, as well as a combination of SMT and T/H assembly services.
Our facilities include multiple hand assembly workstations that allow us to work on a number of projects simultaneously.
Our nitrogen wave soldering machinery ensures a cleaner and higher quality product, with a reduction or elimination of dross, while at the same time offering more flexibility in board design.

PCB and stencil production

Some clients supply us with complete printed circuit boards (PCBs), stainless steel stencils, and components, while others prefer for us to source all the required materials. Either approach has its own benefits and we can help determine which approach will be most efficient for you.

Testing

We offer functional and in-circuit testing services, with the capability to develop testing fixtures to your requirements.
